Annex Ale's take on a Bavarian standard, this is brewed with mountains of Munich malt imported directly from Origin Malting in Strathmore, Alberta. Fermented low and slow on German lager yeast, then lightly dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria Hops. Notes of doughy biscuit, toffee, plum and a distinct autumn crispiness.
